All of our products are made to order so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped (excludes special announcements, public holidays and weekends).
If you require a design proof prior to us making your order please add "DESIGN PROOF REQUIRED" in the notes section. Adding "design proof required" may delay the processing time, otherwise we will design, make, and ship your order within the normal turnaround time.
Please send us an email as soon as possible. If we have not yet started production on your order we will be able to make the necessary update for you. However, if your order has already been made, unfortunately we are unable to make any further updates.
While we always aim to be 100% accurate in every order we make, sometimes errors can happen as we are only human! If your order contains a spelling mistake (made by us) or you received the wrong order, kindly reach out to us with your order number and photos.

We always recommend choosing a light photo with little shadow for our photo series products. We do not make any changes to your photo, we simply print exactly as it is uploaded. Please ensure your photo is of a lighter nature to get the best results when printed.

Yes! Give the ultimate gift of choice with the Ayla & Lara digital gift card. Choose one or more gift cards in the amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100, or $200. Simply go to our gift card page, select the desired gift card dollar amount and quantity, add it to your cart, give us the recipient’s email, and pay online. Your lucky recipient will receive a digital Ayla & Lara gift card via the email you provided, with instructions on how to redeem them. Gift cards have no additional processing fees. At this time, custom gift notes cannot be included with the digital gift card email.
Some designs allow for more characters than others. Please select your design first and then try again. If your selected design still doesn't fit all the characters and it is only a little over please leave a note in the special instructions with the extra details.
Yes. If you would like to combine orders, please send us an email ASAP, quoting all of your order numbers. Please keep in mind that we will only be able to combine orders that have not been processed and/or left our studio. Postage refunds will not be issued to those who do not get in contact with us via email.
We are currently offering weekday pickup from our Studio in Toowoomba. After your order is completed, we will send you an email to arrange a time for collection.
Of course! You can enter the recipients address at checkout, and Ayla & Lara will ship the gift directly to them.
