How It All Began
I’m Yaz - wife, mum of three and the hands and heart behind Ayla & Lara. Our story began in 2020, in the beginning of a world that had suddenly slowed down. I was working in the travel industry, helping people plan their dream getaways - until the pandemic shifted everything. With the world on pause and creativity calling, I decided to make a night light for my daughter Ayla.
That simple project lit the spark that became Ayla & Lara.
